- The Primal Plunge can be set from 32 degrees to 104 degrees with our pro chiller.
How often do I need to change the filter?
- We recommend to change the filter once per month. Filters can be ordered from our website and include free shipping.
Can I plug the chiller into a standard wall outlet?
- Absolutely, the chiller can be plugged into a standard wall outlet (120v).
How is the cold plunge shipped?
- Your cold plunge will arrive in a two well-packaged boxes, the cold plunge will be in one box and the chiller will be in a separate box. Each box will be able to be moved with one to two people max.
What's included in my order?
- Every cold plunge will come with an insulated lid and pump to inflate the cold plunge. If you order the cold plunge with the chiller you will receive the chiller with all necessary connectors and piping as well as all necessary cords.
Set up?
- The Primal Plunge takes around 30 minutes to set up the first time and less than 15 minutes anytime after that. The set up process is super easy.
Warranty
- Includes a 1 year full replacement warranty for both the tub and or the chiller. We care about our customers.
